Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. Your request will be reviewed and we will make every attempt to satisfy your request. You will receive a phone call within 1 week.
Special Equipment Requests: If you need to speak with someone regarding equipment requests for your event, please give the full details in the form below. While we are unable to honor all requests, we will do our best to help.
Event Set-up and Tear-Down: Please note in your request if you will need additional time for set-up or tear-down for your event. Please note, the Napa Methodist Church office does not currently have staff available to set-up or tear-down your event. The event organizer will be responsible for ensuring the space is set up and that the room is returned to its original arrangement when the event is over.
Event Promotion: If your event is a church event or church-sponsored event and you would like it promoted in Napa Methodist Church communications, please use the Event Promotions Request Form after you have submitted your event reservation request.
