Every week learn a bit more about the wonderful Napa Methodist Church staff and leadership through our Spotlight Series. This week hear from Director of Youth and Family Ministries, Keith Calara, through our Q&A with him:
Question One: How long have you worked at Napa Methodist Church?
Keith: I’ve been working for Napa Methodist Church since Feb. 15, 2016. I think that makes it a year and 10 months.
Question Two: What’s the strangest talent you have?
Keith: May not be strange, but I surprised myself over how quickly I picked up friendship bracelet braiding.
Question Three: If you could have any super power, which would you choose?
Keith: I’d choose telekinesis. I already have Prof. Xavier’s hairstyle, so I might as well have his powers as well.
Question Four: If your life was made into a movie, what genre would it be and who would play you?
Keith: My life would be a British dark comedy, and James Corden or Peter Dinklage would be ironically cast as me.
Question Five: What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?
Keith: One of the nerdiest things I do with my free time is play Dungeons and Dragons with a few friends.
Question Six: What is the most important lesson you have learned in the last year?
Keith: I’ve learned that I’m the kind of person that needs to pick up new hobbies and skills on a regular basis to keep myself sane.
Thank you, Keith, for sharing with us today and for all that you do for Napa Methodist Church!
