I have been reflecting lately on the many pathways we take in life. Some are smooth and filled with sunshine, while others are rocky and difficult to traverse. I have learned that regardless of the path, life is full of speed bumps, and what truly matters is how we choose to get over them.
One can choose to navigate challenges through lying, swindling, or bullying, but I believe those ways only create ugliness within the soul. I never want to feel the need to resort to those actions. Instead, I believe that by being truthful, humble, and kind, our souls remain beautiful and free. How we handle these bumps is ultimately what builds our character and makes us who we are.
Prayer: Father in Heaven, I thank you for being here with me and for guiding me down the right path. I ask that you forgive those who have not yet found the right path and help them find their way to truthfulness and kindness. Amen
